About the Hackathon
The CYBERGUARD Cybersecurity Hackathon is a competitive event designed to challenge participants with real-world security scenarios and promote innovative solutions for modern SOC challenges.
Event Information
Date: February 20-22, 2026 Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid - In-person & Remote) Duration: 48 hours Team Size: 2-4 participants per team
Challenges
Participants will tackle various cybersecurity challenges including:
- Malware analysis and reverse engineering
- Threat detection using AI/ML techniques
- Incident response scenarios
- Penetration testing exercises
- CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) analysis
Prizes
- 1st Place: €5,000 + CYBERGUARD Partnership Opportunity
- 2nd Place: €3,000 + Tech Gadget Package
- 3rd Place: €1,500 + Cybersecurity Tool Licenses
